The HOA association in Plantation Lakes is known for great management and maintenance on the various amenities throughout the community. Once you become an owner the you will also enjoy one of the areas premier neighborhoods. As of Fall 2010, the HOA dues were $255 Quarterly. This is very low compared to the other communities in the area and the amenities that are offered. In addition to those listed above, The HOA fee also covers upkeep to the entrance and other landmarks and decorations, and optional trash pickup services.
